8/10 Very good! (196 reviews)
Very good location. We arrived early but we were able to check-in and they offered to store our luggage for a couple of ours until the room was ready. Hotel is walkable to Galleria Lafayette, restaurants and attractions. Very short drive to Eiffel tower. The room with 3 twin beds is super small and cramped with an even smaller shower and toilet (closet space transformed). The room was humid and mildewy. The AC worked okay. The beds were clean but the linens and towels were soiled. The floor was disgustingly dirty. You can tell it was not swept, at least. The room was found to be in deteriorating conditions. No amenities offered. There is an elevator. Breakfast not included, 19€ pp. Inquired about shuttle pick up at the airport and they responded with "no shuttle available from the airport only to the airport". Over priced but all hotels are in Paris.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Paris, but within 10 minutes of bustling shops and restaurants. The staff spoke amazing English and were so helpful. The room was stunning and we even had a view of the Eiffel Tower! The breakfast was lovely and filling and I can definitely recommend the crepes with fruit salad.
